REGISTRATION BEGINS -- April 1 at 9pm

This form will be available beginning on April 1 at 9pm. Registrations will not be accepted before that date and time. Please return on or after that date to register for a 2024 lease at Hayfield Farm Swim Club. 

Leases will be awarded to registrants in the order in which they were received. When a lease becomes available, you will be notified by email.

The cost for the 2024 season is $650 and payment is due within 10 days of being notified. 

Payment will be accepted via check and PayPal.
