- We offer a limited number of leases each year to non members. They awarded on a first-come, first serve basis. The summer lease allows your entire household to use the pool for the season.

House Guest: Members can purchase a houseguest pass for guests who are staying at the member's residence for a finite period of time. A 1-week pass is $25/person, $40/family or a 1-month pass is $40/person, $75/family. Payment can be made by check or through the Paypal link below (a transaction fee of 5% (indicated in the tax field) will be added to your payment). Download the Houseguest Pass form and turn it in at the pool with your payment (or indicate you paid via Paypal) or submit the form online to our email address (info@hayfieldpool.com). Please allow 72 hours for the Membership Chairman to process your form.
REMINDER! If you are renting, leasing, selling, or have transferred your share with the sale of your house, please email info@hayfieldpool.com to notify the HFSC Membership Chairman.

Please refer to the HFSC Bylaws for requirements on selling your share of stock. Email info@hayfieldpool.com for more information or to begin the process of selling your pool share.
Guest Fees: Age 3 and under are free. Ages 4 and above are $7.00. There is no distinction between a swimming and non-swimming guest.
Joining the Pool:
HFSC's "Wait to Buy" List
Shares are sold for $550. In the first year of ownership, you pay $550, plus the annual dues as noted above. For subsequent years, you only pay the annual dues.
If you decide you don't want or need your membership, we will sell it to the next person on our list and refund your $550, or you can sell it with the sale of a home. Once your share is sold, either through HFSC or by you to the purchaser of your home, your membership number is cancelled and a new number and certificate ofownership are issued to the new owner.
Summer Leases
Childcare Provider: For those HFSC members who provide child care for non-member children, a 1-month pass is $40/child or Summer Pass is $75/child. Payment can be made by check or through the Paypal link below (a transaction fee of 5% (indicated in the tax field) will be added to your payment). Download the Non-member Child Pass form and turn it in at the pool with your payment (or indicate you paid via Paypal) or submit the form online to our email address (info@hayfieldpool.com). Please allow 72 hours for Membership Chairman to process your form.

HFSC POOL Dues for Share Owners
Nanny/Caregiver Pass: A Nanny Pass is $60 for the summer. A pass for the caregiver's children is $40/child for the summer. Caregiver may not bring a non-member child who is not a member of the immediate family; caregiver and caregiver's children may not visit pool without member's child. Download the Nanny Pass form (and Caregiver's Children pass, if needed) and turn in at the pool with your payment (or indicate you paid via Paypal).
