PAVILION RESERVATIONS
Interested in working at Hayfield Farm Swim Club? Submit your completed application to operations@hayfieldpool.com with "2026 Application" in the subject line. Email operations@hayfieldpool.com if you need additional information.
The deadline for initial applications has passed. If you'd like to be considered as a substitute or late season lifeguard, please submit your completed application.
Adult Lap Swim
6am - 7:30am
Tuesdays/Thursdays (May 19 - Sept. 10)
Pavilion Rental Fee: Active members (share holders and leasers) can rent one or both of the pavilions near the volleyball court. Each pavilion is $10/hour, minimum of 2-hour rental. Members can reserve one or both pavilions through Square Reservation System. You will be emailed a Pavilion Reservation form that must be completed prior to your reservation.
You may also ask the manager to assist you with making a reservation in Square.
For assistance in creating your reservation, please refer to Pavilion Reservation - Member Tutorial for step-by-step instructions.

Lap Lanes will be reserved for Mini Hawk evaluations on the following dates:
